The Top three reasons people Fail online

Most people come online with the thoughts of getting richquick...And then fall flat on their faces! They get the get richquick virus; it's quite contagious and extremely deadly to yourself esteem and your business!
You need to get rid of that virus by implementing, knowledge, hard work and the right mindset, learn from other people'smistakes and understand why they have failed online, so that youcan avoid making the same mistakes, when you do make a mistake, shake it off and get on with your life, take that mistake andturn it into knowledge.
Here are the top three reasons why most people fail online:
1) Don't have the money to start, or don't want to spend it!
You have to think that starting an online business is the same asstarting an offline business, when you start an offline business, there are certain things that you have to be willing to pay forif you want your business to succeed.
And the same thing goes for your online business, and if you'renot willing to spend the money on these things then your businesswill go nowhere!
A list of what you need is:A great web-host (this is the lifeline of your business)
A good follow up system (auto responders)
Knowledge (if you have to buy into a membership or course tolearn what it takes to build your business then do it)
You have to spend some money on advertising..(eZine advertising,Pay-Per-Click or whatever)(Just make sure you do your research on what your fixing to joinor purchase!)
2) They give up before it get's going!
This happens all the time, people come on line with the hopes ofgetting rich, they join one scheme after another thinking thisone is going to make me rich, as soon as they receive anotheremail scheme, they jump on it..
This keeps going for awhile, untill they get so frustrated thatthey just give up and say it's impossible to make money online! One of the reasons is that most people lack persistence and theability to hang in there when the going gets tough. If you lackpersistence, you will have a tough time making it online! ("Ifyou do make it")
Here is a list of ways to help give your business a boost!Do joint ventures with other marketers to grow your business.
Join forums, offer your help to people, and get joint venturepartners (just don't spam the boards)
Follow the steps of someone who is already successful online!
Don't be afraid to make a mistake online, we've all mademistakes, and will continue to, just make sure you learn fromthem..
Start an affiliate program!
Make sure you collect the names of your visitors and follow upwith them..
3) Lack of knowledge -
Knowledge is power, if you want to make it online you have tolearn all you can! And put what you know into action, use yourknowledge, don't just let it set up there and collect brain dust, anyone can learn if they really want to, you just have to havethe will, and the strive!
You will always be learning, there is always someone out therethat can teach you something or ignite and old' flame that you letburn down.. all I can say is..learn, learn, learn!
If you stay persistent, learn all you can, and stay focused; youcan do anything and become anything..Want to be a guru? then dowhat the gurus did...Work for it, give it all you got and learnall you can and NEVER EVER give up..

8 Reasons why Affiliate Programs are the better option

Many people are confused when they first become interested in internet businesses; they find themselves asking
what type of business is best for me?
Well I can't answer this for you but I can certainly give you a few pointers in the right direction and my personal opinion. So here they are:
1. No emplyees. There is no need to employ people to do the work for you.
2. Low costs. Most affiliate programs are free to join; you don't have to buy the product to sell it. Some programs have an upgrade option to make which makes your earning capacity somewhat larger.
3. No storage. The merchant is responsible for the storage of product so you don't need to worry about space or storage costs
4. No shipping and handling. The merchant is also responsible for the product arrival, so there's also another cost you don't need to worry about and running around you won't have to do.
5. You don't deal with customer service. Another problem you don't need is customers who are not happy, if they are not happy the merchant deals with it.
6. No account keeping. There is no need to store customer information such as credit card details, addresses and phone numbers, this is yet another merchant responsibility.
7. No trading time for a wage. You can spend as little or as much time as you like selling your product. How much money you want to make is entirely up to you.
8. There are literally thousands of options out there for you. If you have a favorite niche market go for it, in my experience if it is a product that you are really happy with then it will be easy to sell.
If this doesn't clear things up for you, I don't know what will! What better way to make money online then to watch the company do all the hard work. All you have to do is promote, promote, promote, and when it is something you are happy with its easy!

5 Ways to Drive Traffic Away from Your eBay Auction

eBay is a one-stop solution to anyone who wants to make money online. Whether you just selling a few unwanted items from around your house or your want to develop a work from home business, eBay remove many of the obstacles for you. Not many other websites can help you drive targeted traffic towards your sales, process the order on your behalf and accept payment though PayPal. All you need to do then is dispatch the item to your winning bidder.
And let's not forget the biggest advantage over selling on eBay. The majority of users have money in their hand just waiting to find the right item.
So if eBay’s so great why would you want to drive traffic AWAY from your auctions?
Well there are a few reasons why you'd be better off selling from your own website, rather than though eBay. Firstly & most importantly, think of all the listing fees & final value fees you could save if everything you sold on eBay you could sell on your own website. Personally it would save me thousands of dollars per year alone in listing fees.
Secondly, you'll be protecting yourself from eBay policy change. Imagine you were selling thousands of eBooks weekly and then suddenly eBay policy changed to prevent any eBook listings.
Overnight your business would simply disappear & your income would vanish. It's the same with listing fees - A sudden hike in fees could wipe out your business & profit overnight.
With any business, especially an online one you need to safeguard yourself against measures that are out of your control. So by driving traffic away from your auctions to your own website you'll slowly start building up an alternative source of revenue. The following methods can be used on eBay. Some are on the borderline of eBay policy & you should check out any policy violation before using them. Saying that, a huge proportion of sellers use these on a daily basis.
1) Image Hosting
All the best sellers has auction templates developed to maintain a professional listing. And of course those sellers ALWAYS use images or graphics to accurately show the condition of the items their offering.
eBay itself allows you to upload the images to their servers; other commercial & free services are available. However really you want to store any images on your own server. Not only will search engine robots follow the links from your listings to your site (helping in improved visibility in any search engines), but many browsers will show the address of where the images are loading from in the status bar.
2) Feedback
Many sellers include their own website in the feedback comments they use. This is perhaps one of the widely violated policies on eBay. I've never known of anyone receive a warning for this policy, but use it with caution as you could be the first.
3) Email Address.
eBay allows your listings to contain one email link address; in addition to the "Ask The Seller A Question Link" they already provide The only condition about showing your email address is the one shown must also be your registered email account with eBay. Before you list it, make sure they match up.
4) About Me Page
eBay actually allows you to link to your own website from your About Me page, as long as the actual page does not directly offer to sell items. Therefore make it an information or about us page that you link to, BUT one where visitors can easily navigate to your catalog of items for sale. Additionally drive traffic to your About Me Page by including a link on every listing, for example "Click here to learn about me". An average basic shop on eBay will get over 1500 item views within a month. If you can drive just a small proportion of these to you’re about my page & then to your site you'll certainly see a difference in your non-eBay sales.
5) User Id
While eBay does not allow your user id to be that of a website, you should have it as closely to resembling your site name as possible. You CAN NOT attach .com, -com or *com to the end of your user id - this is strictly against eBay policy. However nothing would stop your id being VisitMyShop. The idea is to get your eBay visitors comfortable with dealing with you away from eBay.
I hope these tips help you drive traffic away from your auctions towards your site & lessens eBay’s grip on your business. Remember, Ignorance is not an excuse eBay accept if you do violate their policy. While you initially get a warning for policy violation continuous offences may result in your account being suspended. Having said that, eBay mostly rely on policing from other users to enforce their policy so as long as no reports you should be in the clear.

5 Quickest Ways To Massive Windfalls Of Cash Online

These days everyone wants to know how to make money online.
Yet, for some, this lifestyle seems out of reach. Does this describe you at all?
If you’ve been banging your head against the wall trying to figure out the quickest and easiest methods to generate cash for yourself online, then these five tactics should have you opening your eyes wide and wondering: “Why didn’t I think of this before?”
Cash Tactic #1: Affiliate Products
Affiliate products offer the small, home-based business owner the opportunity to make truckloads of cash, while investing a minimum in over head.
Low overhead is the primary benefit of affiliate marketing. You don’t need your own merchant account. You don’t need to pay a web designer and programmer to create a huge e-store for you. You don’t handle customer complaints, refunds or returns...
All you do is referring the prospect to the merchant’s site, and the merchant handles the rest.
I believe the best affiliate products are information products. Your commissions on information products tend to be higher simply because the author can price an information product higher than what the average shopper spends on a tangible product sold online on a typical day.
This is because the value of information is ambiguous at best, and subjective to how the prospect sees value. People are willing to spend much, much more in order to acquire a solution to their problems.
Cash Tactic #2: Resale Rights
Resale rights are the lazy marketer’s salvation. You don’t have to create your own product. You don’t have to write a single word. You may not even have to lift a finger on sales page creation when the resale product comes with a ready-to-upload sales page.
All you do is pay the licensing fee to acquire rights to the product, perform a small amount of editing to change the payment link over to yours, and upload the sales page and product file to your web server.
The trend is taking a turn for the better in 2005 while the marketing world goes through its latest “next big thing”: niche marketing.
Today, you can find products with resale rights for such things as cooking, golf, arts and crafts, self-improvement and more.
Seizing on the profits promised by demand for niche products, there are dozens of new authors out there who have devoted themselves to turning out these niche products, and offering them with resale rights.
Cash Tactic #3: Special Reports
A special report is a ‘mini e-book’ of no more than about 5 to 12 pages in length. While you can certainly create a mini-eBook that sells (provided the information it contains is perceived to be valuable enough), the best use of a short report is as a lead generating tool for your affiliate campaigns.
The mini-eBook is the ideal viral tool. You create (or acquire) a mini-eBook which is branded with your affiliate links and/or your main URL.
The focus of the report should be niche specific and completely focused on the pre-selling of the affiliate product.
Cash Tactic #4: Interviews
It’s a piece of cake to churn out products created from interviews. In fact, it may be one of the laziest content generation methods available.
Interview packaging is easy, too. You can present the interview as a written transcript, an audio transcript, or both. You can offer a downloadable mp3 file or you can burn the entire interview to CD, put an attractive label on it, and instantly raise your price by at least 30%.
Cash Tactic #5 Teleseminars
Do you want to know something interesting about teleseminars?
While they’re becoming a popular marketing method, the field is really wide open for you to cash in on them because very few marketers understand how to pull them off.
A teleseminar requires advance planning and a willingness to overcome a bit of stage fright. The average marketer in competition with you avoids teleseminars for these reasons.
They’re intimidated by the idea of showing up on time and speaking, even via telephone, to an audience of a couple hundred people.
You can cash in on this technique in a big way. Teleseminars, right now, are popular mainly among the internet marketing crowd and tend to focus on marketing-related subjects; but, just imagine what you could do if you held teleseminars for non-internet marketing niche audiences?
The field is wide open and vastly under-exploited.
There you have it - five quick and easy methods to generate windfalls of cash online!
It’s really amazingly simple, isn’t it? Every tactic is really just a vehicle of delivery for an idea. Your profits begin in an idea which spawns market research. This spawns an analysis of the best approach for delivering your idea to buying public.
While there are many more secrets and techniques to generate massive cash windfalls from the internet, as a start, you should put any one of these methods to good use.
I promise that you will finally get a taste of what it’s really like to succeed wildly online if you do so!

5 Proven Successful Internet Marketing Business Models

Here is a common question asked by new internet marketers:
How can a new internet marketer make money online?
There are many ways by which you could earn online. Here are some proven successful methods, as well as some useful tips to help you maximize your earning potential in each one of them:
1. Affiliate Marketing
You could earn as an affiliate. An affiliate is a middleman between the merchant and the customer. Basically, the affiliate only has to look for a customer and pre-sell the affiliate merchant’s products.
Pre-selling is easier than actually selling the goods. You would only have to capture the potential customer’s interest and lead him to the affiliate merchant’s site. If a sale is made, you’ll receive commissions that ranges from 5% to 95% of the actual price of the product sold.
Enticing, isn’t it? But wait, there’s more! You could enroll in as many affiliate programs as you wish. This means that the earning possibilities in this area are virtually limitless!
2. Create Info Product
You could earn as an info product creator. You could write an eBook or a special report on a subject that you are very much familiar with. Afterwards, you could market the same for profit.
Do not let the word “creator” fool you, however. You could earn from this field even if you don’t create anything. If you don’t have the time to come up with your own product, you could always hire the services of a ghostwriter to write one for you. Just make sure that the ghostwriter you’ll contract is trustworthy, and more importantly, has excellent writing skills.
3. Resale Rights Products
You could earn as a resale rights marketer. You don’t have to create, or cause the creation, of info products.
You could simply buy the resale rights of existing ones and take care of the marketing. In so doing, every product that is sold would net for your profits to keep.
4. Public Domain Content
You could earn from public domain information. Works before 1923, and to a certain extent, those before 1978, are deemed free to use.
This means that you could republish the said works, or alter them if you wish, for profit.
Republish classic literature as electronic books. Compile timeless poems into comprehensive collections. Print masterpieces and sell them as posters. And you don’t have to pay their creators and royalty fees!
Many marketers are earning big adsense check by just publishing public domain content on the web.
5. Provide Service
You could earn as a service provider. If you’re good with a particular craft that could be done digitally, then you could lease out your services for the many Internet denizens the world over.
If you have excellent writing skills, for example, you could peddle your services as a ghostwriter or as a copywriter even.
If you’re good with web designs, you could make websites for other people and earn a generous sum in the process.
Put in time and effort and you will earn
You see, these are only some of the many ways by which you could earn money from the Internet. There are other means of course, like paid to surf and paid to read programs, but really, nothing beats the assurance of an actual business that the above models provide.
You will be in charge of your own fate, and your earning potential will depend on how much time and effort you will invest in your chosen venture.

5 keys to making money online

Would you believe there are tens of thousands of people who have found ways to make money online? Not only that, but their incomes are significant and growing, due to little competition and low cost of entry. If I can do it, then there is no reason why you can't. You can literally begin making money right away.
There are many, many, opportunities online, but here are the 5 factors you really need to consider, to guarantee your success:
1. Set your goals. As with any business you need to set goals. Goals help you visualize where you want to go, and keep you motivated when you get up in the morning. You goal may be to earn $500 or $10000 a month, it may be to take that dream vacation, or it may be to give up your job. These are all great goals. It is imperative that you write them down and reread them often. You need a short term goal - e.g. monthly goal, to keep you motivated from day to day and a longer term goal 1-2 years - to keep you on track and prevent you from chucking it in. I am confident that if you adopt a positive attitude and embrace your goals then you will soon be making money online.
2. Take time to research. As I alluded to earlier there are many people making money online - and there are thousands of different businesses that you can try. The internet is a mine field of information and “making money online” opportunities are not difficult to find. However you will need to decipher the genuine opportunities from the scams. Many online promises are just methods to extract money from you. Some do's and don'ts
DON'T fall for the “get rich quick schemes” that promise huge returns in record time DO try and email or telephone for more information DO search online for feedback on the opportunity e.g. try name of opportunity + scam DON'T part with money without consulting a friend you can trust and/or sleeping on it.
3. Find something that you like. You're the boss now - so do yourself a favor and choose something you enjoy. This will greatly enhance your chances of success. A few things to consider: Do you enjoy writing? Do you enjoy talking to people? Do you enjoy working on the computer? Do you have a flair for sales? Are there particular things that you are passionate about e.g. sports, music? Do you want to be contactable 24x7? Do you want to have flexible/fixed hours? Personally I like to work on my computer on my own time and my choice of internet business matches this. Find out what suits you, and you can weed out the business ventures which are not for you. Don't settle for second best - choose something you are comfortable with.
4. Find something worth your while. While it is a good idea to avoid the sales pitch that promises the sun, moon, and stars; it is also important that you don't take the safe option - that guarantees $5 an hour for sending emails, filling our surveys, or licking stamps. These amount to you underselling yourself, because the opportunities of making money on the internet are so much greater. Look for systems which offer a good monthly return for a few hours work a day - if you find something with a residual income all the better.
5. Anything for an easier life! One of my motivations for venturing into internet marketing was to create an easier life for myself. As I sat in my day job I used to think - “There must be easier ways to make money” - and there are! Earning a living online means that you have the luxury of working from home and choosing your own hours. It is important that you can exploit these perks, by being able to take time off, take extra vacations and spend more time with your family. You need to avoid the 40-50 hours a week for the sake of your sanity.
You have taken the first step by reading this article - you now just need to act upon it. I wish you the very best in your online endeavors.
